I always receive such wonderful help at RMSC! The staff answer my questions and offer the most amazing exfoliating sink experiences ever!

I stopped by today just looking around and I had a wonderful encounter with Tolu! She helped me and my friend out and showed us some awesome smelling items and gave us a demo with the hand scrubs at the sink. All of the products smelled amazing and her interaction with us made it even better! Happy I stopped by!

Dianne is amazing. My sink side experience was out of this world with the Lemongrass wash, tea tree scrub and lotion. I never knew how soft my hands could be. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Sauntered in with my 10 y/o and Victoria was super helpful and kind. I always appreciate a sales associate who treats my daughter like a person. We did purchase from her.

I just wanted to share one of my recent experiences shopping here. I fell in love with the products from this company while on vacation in Banff. They had the soaps and lotions at the hotel. I was stoked when I figured out they had a store in Winnipeg. I told my girlfriend about the line and she and I planned a day we would go. There was THE NICEST woman working there that I have ever met named Tolu. She was so sweet and super knowledgable about all the products. While ringing us up she let us know she was a newer employee. I was amazed. I went in again after being there the first time and she remembered me and was so happy to see me. A genuine soul, I hope she only has the best days, seriously. I can't recommend this place, because of her - enough.

I’ve never been to this store before but I liked their selection of natural soaps and other products! The front counter staff member was nice and helpful in explaining some products! The smells aren’t overwhelming here which is nice and right now they don’t have any testers except for one soap I think I didn’t test anything which is totally understandable and expected! Good experience. Would return!

I want to give a shout out to Tolu at the Winnipeg polo park location !! She was so helpful, knowledgeable of all the products, pleasant and just a joy to be around. She was very passionate about Rocky Mountain Soap Co and their products !!! I was at this location Aug 2, 2023 & I purchased some fantastic products thanks to Tolu !! Because of the great service and wonderful products I went back again today Aug 3 before leaving the city to purchase more products and was greeted again & pleased to have Tolu helping me !! I got some excellent skin, hair and body products as well as some beautiful hand sanitizers !!! Highly recommend!!

Went into the polopark branch and saw my girl Tolu. I haven't been to the store in about 6months and she remembered me immediately. we talked about the new cream deodorant and it really got me thinking I need to try it! love this store and love my girl TOLU!

Today Tolu gave my friend and I the stink experience and it was lovely. Her customer service was amazing. If I could give her a 10 star personally i would!
