We viewed a chicken coop on their lot on Saturday. On Monday, I called them, paid for it on the phone, and scheduled delivery for Tuesday. They delivered the coop on Tuesday. They have a cool truck/trailer that can maneuver into tight spaces and unload the building right where you want it. It was amazing to watch. The driver bumped a gate when he was backing out. He was very apologetic and said he would come out to repair it on Wednesday. On Wednesday night, the gate was fixed. Great service!

RMSB built my 2-car, detached garage in 2017. Throughout the process I was treated as though I was an inconvenience to the company. I had great difficulty contacting Phil when problems arose many of which I personally found--especially with the surveying and concrete work. I had to personally purchase my garage doors, entry doors, and windows, as Phil was too busy for specifics. And, despite having to pay for professional drawings, some of my own sketches were used to acquire my building permits with no reimbursement or credit. Thus far, the building is holding up fine, but I certainly notice the overly-sloped floor 6+" back to front and the crummy siding work. If you enjoy acting as your own general contractor, despite paying for one, then RMSB is for you.

They built my shed in 2010. At first it was fine, but in 2015 it started showing interior water damage and mold due to slow roof leaks. They came out to address it in 2016, but the problem got worse. Right now I'm seeking another company to rebuild and replace the rotted wood.
