Here from out of town stopped in to get some cigars and was really blown away at the selection they have.. First day I was there the lady who helped was great my second visit I was helped by Carlo really knowledgeable nice kid who knows his stuff pleasure to talk with. You will not be disappointed place is a cigar paradise…
Great selection of cigars. Location could be better. My big complaint is that they have everything locked up so you have to have an employee walk around with you and open everything so you can get what you want. Trust your customers or move your location to a better area.
My first purchase with this shop was an interesting one that ended up being a great experience. I placed an online order for a box of LFD La Volcada that's already difficult to find and was told the item was not available, but would arrive in due time and be shipped upon arrival. The entire period took approximate 30 days, but once I received my shipping notification, my package arrived in only a few short days in perfect condition. The shop was even kind enough to provide a 5 pack of LFD event only cigars as well as a 5 pack of Tour Del Mundo cigars. With this experience, I would tell all potential customers that even in uncertain situations, be patient and trust this shop to take care of your order to the best extent of their capabilities.
Great place to shop for cigars. Staff is amazing, knowledgeable and just awesome thanks for helping us out Carlos and pleasure meeting you Mike. The ambience with the regulars smoking in the back is second to none. If you're in Syracuse definitely stop by and check out this little gem.
Fun spot has a lot more than just cigars you get a cup of coffee or a delicious espresso to enjoy with your stick and the staff was kind and playful. Seem to have quite a bit a regulars and was an all around chill classic spot to enjoy a reasonably priced stick.
I went to Rocky’s today 12/16/22, I called them ahead of time, to make sure they have in stock what I was looking for, which was Peterson pipe tobacco “deluxe navy rolls”. Their website showed the price for a 50gram tin $19.49, about average price you expect to pay for this particular tobacco. Ones at the shop I was told the price for the tin was almost $32, according to the owner, the excessive price was due to New York State taxes, at which rate it would be over 30% in taxes. I guess that’s what they think of their customers. On my way home. I went to another shop and paid $21 including 8% New York State tax. Keep your eye on the wallet while dealing with these people.
This was a fantastic little cigar shop. I travel all over the country and I have never been to a cigar shop where the owner was so attentive to matching you with the cigar that suited your taste. I’m having one of their hand rolled Honduran Carlitos especial and it is fantastic. If you are a cigar lover you must make this little place a stop on your list.
I've been a few times now mostly shopping for others and the staff has always been kind and respectful. This time I went in for me and explained that I was somewhat new to cigars. They were instantly very helpful and treated me very well. Grateful to have this shop in Syracuse!
Best place to relax, smoke and play your numbers. Workers are very welcoming, respectful and helpful. I highly recommend this place to ANYONE.
