ROD HELM has been representing his clients’ interests in the purchase and sale of real estate since 1991. With a thorough understanding of the complexity of the marketplace and of the real estate transaction, he has successfully guided hundreds of satisfied clients through this important process. Rod firmly believes that his clients’ interests are first and foremost, and values the long term client relationships that this approach affords. Many of his clients have used his services multiple times over the years and have become close friends during the process. The majority of Rod’s business has come from either past clients or from their referrals, speaking to the strength of his services and for the care that he gives each and everyone of them.
Over the years Rod has established a team of talented people to address the needs of his clients, ranging from lending and inspection, to getting a room painted yesterday.
