The staff is super friendly since the moment i got there they made sure all my insurance was in place. And took the time to explain what you were getting done and how much it was going to be. Everything was done in a timely manner no long wanting times. They made me feel very comfortable. The dr was very detailed in explaining and made sure all my questions where answered. Their facility is extremely colorfully, clean and looks very inviting. Glad I changed dentist office.

The staff were very attentive. Victoria at reception was very friendly and made my check in process quick and easy. The water spray cleaning technique they used to clean the tarter off my teeth was quick and pain free. There was no noticable scaping that I normal experienced at other dentists when they do the traditional scraping cleaning. I got checked in, got x-rays, got an exam, got a cleaning, and got out in just over an hour. That's probably the fastest dental visit I've ever had. Plus they have an arcade and a cool sitting area. Definitely five stars to me.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My niece almost died here today because they gave her entirely too much anesthesia. They would not let her mom close to her or even in the room until after they called the ambulance after she had asked over 4 times what was going on with my niece. They would not say a thing!! They couldn't wake my niece up. Now she is in the hospital for the next couple of days!

Cat, and lex were very comforting. They made sure I was okay while waiting and were very professional. Can’t wait to come back!

I visited rodeo dental on Tuesday July 6 2021 after a busy holiday weekend and received great customer and friendly service from staff members and the team member that especially made my day with great spirits was sorro Ortiz. the Northside office was clean like Texas board of health including the bathroom areas ..Everyone was friendly

Great experience! Our assistant Marisol is the best! She was great at explaining everything and making my daughter feel comfortable and relaxed. The doctors are always so kind and informative. Thank you so much Rodeo for keeping my children's teeth heathy.
