Rodriguez Mexican Grill

Where do I start! Had two party's on Father's day and both waitresses were rude and unprofessional! If you don't speak Spanish they will take your order down incorrectly and get mad when you tell them that is not what you ordered. They do not give you silverware and forget to come back to ask if everything is okay and forget to refill the drinks. Two people from our group found hairs in their food. They forgot two plates. They automatically charge a 25% tip and if you use a cc to pay they charge an Additional fee of 10%. It's not family friendly! Now I remember why we stop coming to this place a few years back! Poor customer service and nasty food! It is very hot inside and very crowded. *Update* Two people from our table got food poisoning!!

Too loud music... Food tasted old‍ I ordered parillada for 2 A bit expensive for such place.. not worth it. Maybe it's just me... but I didn't like my experience there... our bill total was around $200++... not that I mind paying it, just not worth it.

Great food, friendly attentive service, My favorite dish is the Mojarra Frita. Super yummy & crispy just how I like it. I recommend you try it.

I ordered the rodriguez soup and it didnt come with shrimp as shown on picture on menu and there hardly any fish and pulpo. After i asked if they can drop the price for not adding the shrimp they refusedFood: 1/5

the only thing is thay they charge me for some mayo and ketchup, they never charge me before on another restaurant, besides that good taste on food, nad paquita , the best os the best , i will defently come back to see the paquita show

I have only gone for lunch. Their lunch specials are very affordable and I have enjoyed everything I have ever ordered. Enchaldas, Pollo Mexicana, polio chipotle, a pork stew, sorry, I cannot remember all the actual names even the warm salsa. Everything is good there. I'm not a big fan of chicken in general, but all the chicken dishes at Rodriguez I love.

They charge you 3.75% if you use credit card and $10 if you only go for drinks. Waitresses seems like they don't want to work there.Food: 4/5

Great food! Friendly service. Chips and salsa were delicioso. Wish they had refilled the salsa because my bowl was empty.
