Man guys I hate to do this but do not eat here. The food was not good. The picture I took is what I left of my food, literally took 2 bites out of my enchiladas and carne asada. Went with a table of 10 and no one but the person who ordered a bean burrito ate most their food. Wasted $88, do yourself a favor and keep looking for another restaurant. Also, they charge you $3 to use card not sure what that's about.
The chips and salsa are really good. the chips are crunchy and fresh, and the salsa has a nice after bite that builds with each dip. I had the chimichanga with fajita meat. It's a large portion. The meat inside is tender, with little to no flavor. Another person in my group had the cheese enchiladas, little to no cheese on the inside with very little flavor as well. The refried beans are tasty. The service was great. They were very courteous and fast. I do not believe we will go back. Warning: there's an extra charge to use debit cards.
Very good food, waiter was nice and quick. The pastor plate was good. Chips were fresh and crispy but not a hard cruch that hurts your teeth like other places. Only thing was it felt cramped, too many tables in a small place but still worth going back to try other things
It was good but not great. I asked for a side of avocado and this is what they gave me. I asked the waitress if that was a normal portion. She got more but it seemed like they try to short people on product. I noticed there was barely any country sausage in my egg, too. Food was excellent i give it 10 stars fajitas WERE the bomb my wife had the pork chilli verde omg I'm getting that next TIME . The owner Daniel checked on us during our visit we shall return and puro tejano music was playing while we ate OO THE MODELO DRAFT WAS THE BOMB AND THE PINA COLADA WAS EXCELLENT .
Just wanted to throw this out there so if you get the 2 combo special enchiladas plates they do charge you 50cent per enchiladas of beef or chicken . Example will be listed below . I didn’t see anything online says additional charge if want meat or mix or chicken unless if you want chicken fajitas or beef fajitas. Another thing to when paying by card it’s another additional non cash fee. Oh flour tortillas I didn’t get due to gurl says doesn’t come with it but then I called and that was a mistake any who . I won’t be back . Sorry . I feel like i was eating at taco cabana , that how the food resembles as . Happened to notice the meat is raw !! They were professional and fix my situation but i think it just not my type and style of food ‍ If that makes sense .
If we could give 4.5 stars we would! Alison loved the rice! The chips were so fluffy and crispy! Neat little hole in the wall Cantina. Waitress was super friendly and easy going. Nice little place to grab lunch or dinner after a day if shopping.
Me and my family went on a saturday around 4pm. It was nice. Not that many people ,which i perfer.. The waitress was great and friendly. LOVE YOUR BEER SELECTIONS FROM YOUR DRAFT. I will go again . Go easy on the garlic in the menudo.. Just saying
My sister and my nephew went to go eat at this Mexican restaurant called Rodriguez in New Braunfels. They overcharged my sister for the price of the food. The price of the food didn't match what the menu had said. So the waitress is going to disagree with what my sister had told her. The food sucked!!! She said the Elote wasn't good. The waitress didn't want to compensate for what she had paid. Don't waste your money eating at this restaurant. It is not worth it.
The food was okay and the service was good but I don't think I will be coming back to eat here again. The atmosphere was quiet though.
