Waited 6 hours in waiting room with 5 people in it for a sore on my head. Whole building smelled of urine. Blood stains on random walls and floors. The nurses were VERY rude and almost militaristic. The doctor saw me for about 2 minutes, she had me pee in a cup but they never analyzed the sample. I was prescribed a cream and set on my way with a 300$ bill when the average is 225$. Felt like a scam. Very unfriendly and unsanitary, do NOT go here. This place needs to be shut down.
i have been waiting for 2 hours, i made an appointment last night to be seen faster, but apparently that’s not what happens here. two hours is an absolute ridiculous wait, ESPECIALLY if i had an appointment for 12. it’s currently 1:30 and i have yet to be seen by a doctor. this place is ridiculous and a joke quite frankly. highly suggest that if you want “urgent” care, don’t come here.
I went there in excruciating back pain & shortness of breath. All the lady with glasses on said when I told her my issues is , “ we don’t have narcotics here, we won’t be able to help you “ ….. I DIDN’T EVEN ASK FOR ANYTHING. All I did was ask to be checked out !
New owners. only one doctor waited 4 hours when the place was empty never again.. ladies behind the desk where very rude and unhelpful
Long wait times. And its not because of short staff. Thats an excuse!! it's due to lack of urgency, mainly by the intake employees. Patients havent been checked in but employees sit on their phones and chat with each other. No efficiency whatsoever. No concern of urgent care. I'll be reporting this further than just a Google review. This is absolutely terrible!!!!!!!!!!!
Scheduled online. Waited an hour past my appointment time. Desk staff was nice but this is a joke.
Came in for a bad sore throat, pain in my ear, and persistent cough. Got tested for strep, covid, and the flu. All tests came back negative. Doctor named Crystal came in and told me to keep taking over the counter meds. If I still felt sick in a week, I should come back. She never looked in my throat or my ears, or listened to my lungs. No offer of antibiotics. I felt very rushed and dismissed. It's now a week later and my throat is extremely sore and my cough is worse. I won't be back.
So yes, the wait is kinda bad. But just like everywhere they probably have a shortage of doctors to see patients and I know I alone needed at least 40 minutes worth of tests and checking, and still have to bring in a sample. All in all the experience was not bad, the front desk women were nice to me and the RN Matt is extremely pleasant! I'd give 6 stars for him alone. I had the female doctor and she definitely made me feel better about everything I've been experiencing. I feel like everyone is so quick to jump to covid. She tested me anyways but she thinks it's something else snd is running other tests for me. I was quite pleased with my experience even if the wait was long
3 hours with an appointment. Next time I’ll go elsewhere. I will say the doctor and staff were very nice. But, severely understaffed.
I was supposed to be prescribed meds for my illness that I really need but it was never sent to the pharmacy....
