I have no luck with this post office. I avoid to go to this post office because everytime i visit , feel obnoxious . but after few years hoping to change to better customer service and i stop by to quick drop off , as i expected it there is no change. People at the window not familiar with, but still bad customer service. I would never go there again.
After reading the reviews I went in expecting the worst! I got wonderful service! The young lady with the beautiful red hair was sweet, polite and gave great Customer Service.
I just went to this USPS location and the person working behind the counter said I am not giving you a receipt. This is the worst USPS location to go to in Downtown Los Angeles
The neighborhood might be sketchy but this is my regular post office. The employees have always been great to me!
Every time I go to this post office, I Feel like I'm asking them for a favor and never treated like a customer. Employee was on his cell phone and literally told me to hold on til he is done talking on the phone. He was annoyed that I asked him where to buy postage. If you can, try to go to Office Depot instead. They have all your postal needs there and employees are A LOT friendlier.
Worst post office. We often recieve our mail late. When we send out, Other post office will only take like two days to arrive locally, but if i send from here it takes like 2 weeks to arrive. The only good thing is that it's there's hardly pple there. They Really give no Fs here
WOW!!!!! Look up "POSTAL" in the dictionary and don't be surprised if this Post Office comes up. These Government employees think that they don't need to treat the public with respect and curtesy. Mr. Postmaster please pay attention to this place and retrain your service staff to greet and give better customer service. In other words this place "sucks"'.;
Their customer service sucks I work in the customer service industry and the general guideline is never to make the customer wait more than 3 minutes on hold. I was on hold for 45 minutes and never got an agent. My package is sitting there since the 19th at 6:41pm and still has yet to move. They should not be in business if they don't know how to provide quality customer service.
I just went in to get a PO Box.. And the rude representative would not let me because my handwriting was too awful. Discrimination! I even told representative I will tell him what it says, and he said no he needs to be able to read it. Really what if I was blind? What would he do then? Awful awful experience
The most ridiculously unprofessional postal service on the face of the Earth. There is no limit to how many mishandled packages there are that you sent back or stolen for gratis. Your technology is as out- dated as your behavior.
