Roeder Kinkel’s work is a diverse collection of mixed media that often appears to be sculpted as well as rendered. The same bold, colorful textures used in his paintings are often incorporated into their framework, creating uniquely finished pieces. The artwork includes expressive abstracts, striking female nudes and portraits, lush landscapes and vibrant seascapes, and paintings of fanciful fish – all rendered with a very special type of “animated realism”.
The artist studied at the Hochschule fur Bildende Kunst in Berlin, Germany, and the College of Liberal Arts, State University of New York at Buffalo. He works out of his studio – Roeder Kinkel Originals, Studio FNU-109 (above A.T. Hun art Gallery) in City Market in Savannah, GA.

LOCATION AT CITY MARKET:
Roeder's main studio and gallery is located in the upstairs portion of the historic "City Market" district in downtown Savannah. Specifically, located on the corner of Jefferson and W. St. Julian, above "A.T. Hun Gallery".
The City Market is structured along either side of W. St. Julian Street (walkway access only) in downtown Savannah.
