Dodd Trial Skills Clinic provides unique, individualized, real-life, positive, nurturing and safe, experiential cross-examination training.
or two days you will be on your feet performing cross-examinations of witnesses played by professional improv actors. Nothing is scripted. This course is intended to give you training just as if you were conducting advanced cross-examinations in trial.
To assist in your preparation for this program, course materials will be provided well in advance of the session.
Roger Dodd and Adjunct Faculty Members will provide mini-lectures, perform demonstrations, and provide instant feedback.
