I've tried for two days to get thru and speak to an actual person. I get recordings that go on for TWO DAYS. What good does it do to have money in this bank if I cant talk to anyone. I don't want to deal with a recording. This goes on for TWO DAYS.
I have banked with RCB for 17 years and usually never had a problem I made a deposit at the new ITM in claremore and it printed a receipt and the money did not go into my account and I talked to several people and they said it was going to take about 90 days to get my money back but then Mrs. Holloway called me and got it resolved for me. I really appreciate her taking the time to figure it out and going above and beyond because most people do not care about their customers or their money. A Big Thank You to Mrs. Holloway.
Literally the worst bank ever, tell’s people there are scams but not how to avoid them so their lobby is always full of angry people at “microsoft” scam emails. On top of that I figured out today I can no longer buy anything on my Xbox because they literally blocked one of the biggest technology companies out there Microsoft
I have been with RCB bank for several years both with my business and personally. All in all my experience has been fairly well, however my debit card information got in the hands of somebody which compromised it which forced me to shut down that debit card. this could happen at any bank at any time, not RCB’s fault, but the 10+ day wait for a new business debit card is ridiculous. Granted, yeah I probably should have a credit card for my company, i’ve just never needed one until now, but this over a week weight has been pretty rough business wise, I guess I didn’t realize how many of my auto pay bills are actually processed with my debit info and not a routing number. The whole world works off of a debit card right now. We always get personal cards in literally a 2 to 3 days. I talked to another business owner locally and his bank can have it done within 1 to 3 days every time. So I’m not really sure what the holdup is with our RCB and the business account. Also their mobile deposit limit of like $15,000 is much lower than several other banks. We definitely need to figure out how to raise that about $30,000, “ everyone during 2020 and 2021 was doing contactless payments for the most part”.
Don't call there will just put you on hold for 45mins. And then hang up on you.
Customers are the last thing they worry about. Banks are a waste of time as it is but when they treat people like a bother that makes it worse.
This is the Friendliest Bank around. They really care about their customers and will help you with anything you need.
SLOOOOOOOOOW! Always slow no matter when I come. Even if I’m the only one there. However, to be fair, that’s the same for most the RCB banks I go to in the area.
