The staff is friendly. The owner Jim is very involved in what goes on in his company. Their repair work always seems to be running behind. Their delivery team is courteous and works well with the customers.
It was a Saturday and I couldn't find a cord keeper for the cord on back of my brand new stove. Went everywhere and no one had one. Big G Ace recomme ded I try Roger's. Called and they came up with one and then didn't want to charge me for it when I got there. Lifesavers. Thank you! Definitely recommend giving a business like this your business, great people!!
Very helpful. She new a lot about the product we were looking at.
I waited more than 2 months to hear from the repair man. Made several calls to the store about getting my washer repaired and did not ever receive a call back. In the past, I have purchased every appliance I own here but I will no longer be doing business in this store as it has became clear to me you do not need my business. Today I purchased a new washing machine from a different store.
Awful customer services. Good luck getting them to do repairs.
Recently had my dishwasher fail and it smells awful so finding a replacement as soon as possible was my top priority. I asked around and had Rogers recommended to me as the best local option. I called them up and found several good option they had in stock and was able to purchase and pickup that day for a competitive price. That's hard for a small local business to do so I appreciate that greatly. They also service everything they sell, which was also a factor in my buying decision. Their showroom is clean and well kept and Leonard was helpful and knowledgeable. That's all you can ask for in my book.
Outstanding assistance for TV purchase!
I took apart the washer to troubleshoot the spin cycle not working. Which always takes longer than the guys on YouTube say it will. They said it was a simple fix. Well i took it apart and found out the coupler and pressure hose were good. As it turns out it all i needed was to call Pam at Rogers! She suggested one other thing! Saved me a bunch of time and money! With a new baby saving time and money goes a long ways! After calling a half dozen places Rogers gets my vote for the best place in town!
Have used Rogers for over 30 years! Every item purchased has been top quality and built to last! Staff is very friendly and responsive. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!
My mother-in-law purchased a refrigerator over 4 months ago from Rogers. When they delivered it they scratched the door on the refrigerator. They said they ordered a new door but after more than 4 months they still have not replaced it and they cannot tell her when it will be replaced.
