Great selection of rings and unique settings. My wife and her mother both had purchased a ring and got a really excellent buy on a high quality diamond. When had it appraised at another jeweler was offered more than they had paid. Very friendly and helpful with no pressure on the sale. Thumbs up
Horrible experience. One excuse after the next. First I apply for Credit, they hit my credit and only approve me for 1k when the item that I brought cost more just to go back and say they have to make another credit inquiry for the total amount. Then I pay for a life time warranty to get my ring sized. I take it in Sunday it's suppose to be done by Thursday, only to go pick it up and say it won't be back until Saturday and by the way he didn't size it. A lot of apologizes , but won't do anything to make It right. I'm so over this company. I've paid for a warranty for 250.00 that I'm sacred to use because no telling What will happen next. Should have went to Jareds.
I just stopped by for a simple ring sizing The staff was do GREAT and charming The made my experience a AWESOME one Rogers has been around about 100 years I've only known them about 40 They ROCK!!
Great customer service, excellent deals, beautiful pieces!
