I had no first-hand experience with your Center but my daughter, Kimberly Perez, just finished her radiation treatments there and she and her Mother, Jerilynn Cummings, have nothing but high praise for the accommodations afforded her, every person they came in contact with was so courteous and helpful, they couldn't give you enough praise. I just finished week 3 of my radiation... I have seen first hand through cancer and well outside of my medical experience in regards to cancer that being a doctor or a technician does not always make you a kind, caring, empathetic, human being... but this place has really put emphasis on 2 things you rarely see in medicine... 1. They have clearly put a huge emphasis on customer service/ service experience while undergoing treatment 2. Very carefully constructed job roles and verbiage and script placement amongst the staff, techs, nurses, admin staff... it's actually impressive... the first few weeks while you are still feeling good, it irks you a little, the fact that everyone is SO nice AND SO helpful... in the later weeks you want to cry with appreciation... because no one gets you and how you are feeling but them... ... and THIS IS THE CLOSER NORTH BAY FACILITY THAN NAPA... check google maps, and don't torture yourself with that drive... this doesn't need to be harder than it already is... and don't forget to call your insurance company!
