Shanita and Shawan are awesome. Their friendly and professional and the move in process was smooth and they made sure everything was good. The service team also greets you when they see on property as well. Which made us like the property even more. Overall the property is good and the apartment is a nice and very spacious. Highly recommend.
I visited at least six apartment complexes before moving to Rolling Park. Some apartments had better and more affordable amenities, but no property had a leasing team as welcoming as Shawan P. and Sharita Mc. They are professional and a pleasure to interact with and were the deciding factor in my decision. It's refreshing to meet a staff that will greet you with a smile and remembers your name. I love the layout of my apartment and the convenience of having a nice size laundry room and storage area. The buildings are clean, and the upkeep of the property is lovely. A special thank you to Donte and Antonio; I can literally look out my window and see them working non-stop to maintain the property. It's been a few months since we moved to Rolling Park, and it comes with our highest recommendation. We strongly encourage all interested tenants to look at Rolling Park Apartments; you will be satisfied.
Shawan the young lady who works in the leasing office is awesome! Any time I’ve called with issues, concerns, or maintenance needs she always happily helps me. The maintenance men are always nice as well. Me personally I think rolling park is one of the best communities in the area.
Communication in the rental office is absolutely horrible. Rental office ignores emails and calls. Maintenance guys are good and kind. Neighborhood is quiet. There are issues with mice and sometimes spiders.
Poor communication from leasing office in addition to very disrespectful front office ladies. MAKE SURE you view the apartment before you sign the lease because as soon as we signed the lease they did not care AT ALL! Honestly at this point I wish I could break my lease and move and it has only been a week. After asking to view the apartment since it was vacant for over a month before move in date, they said they would call to let us know when it was ready after promising me the first week of May. They were never straight forward with the fact that it could be any day from that day May 1st up until, when i was finally able to view it, 2 days before I moved in May 28th. In addition they did NOT provide me with damage report papers!!! Make sure to ask!!! While it is complimentary to use the gym at Tuscany Gardens and Windsor Commons they did not have key fobs for either place for me and my roommate at move in although we had signed the lease months before May. When calling to ask questions they seem to want to get off of the phone as fast as possible. These ladies have extremely disappointing costumer service and are a very poor representation of Peak Management, a great company.
Great quiet community. The office and maintenance staff are great. They addressed any issue I had with professionalism and fidelity. I had a great living experience at Rolling Park Apts I highly recommend this apartment community
Wonderful service & accomdations. The people who work here are very welcoming.
I find the rental office staff to be helpful and very understanding!
So much kind people. But to much mice!!!
