We specialize in Artisan breads and currently serve Pendleton and the surrounding areas at the Pendleton Farmers Market.

Our Artisan Breads are made locally by hand and we have installed an Italian made Logiudice Forni distributed by Empire Baking Equipment Company. This tube oven provides Brick Oven Quality baking in a more conventional size for this application. We are so happy to have such a high quality oven for our area to enjoy. We are proud to serve our community with locally made healthy bread choices.
