We had a birthday party for 23 kids at Rolly Pollies in September of 2023. The entire experience was wonderful! We were able to reserve a party spot online. They called the week before to go over details and offered helpful tips like when to show up, where we could order pizza for the kids ahead of time, and what was included in our package. The staff who spent the party with us were outstanding. They were organized, communicated with us, and wonderful with the kids. They helped us set up the party room and decorate while the kids played. They made sure the kids were safe and entertained. When it was time for food, they made sure each kid had washed their hands, everybody was in a chair, and everybody had food and cake. When it was time to go, they helped us take everything to the car. My husband and I had to do very little--we actually got to enjoy seeing our son play and talk with the other parents. It went flawlessly!! We were all so impressed with the organization and coordination.
we love the classes here! they keep them relatively small, so they don't get too crowded. The teachers are great about helping the kids if necessary but also being hands off so they can explore.
My son had a nerf gun battle party for 8th birthday here last Saturday. Everything went beautifully. I really wanted to write this review to commend the young staff members that helped with his party. They were so friendly and helpful! I am a very anxious type of person and they put me at easy. I can not thank them enough!!
Took my kids to play on Tuesday 9/12 for open play from 4:15-5:15. Arrived prompt at 4:15 and told us we couldn’t play bc we didn’t have a reservation, which we didn’t know was required. The place was completely empty. We suggested we go out to the car to call and make a reservations and they wouldn’t allow us to do so. It was as if they didn’t want to work. Extremely disappointing and how dare you turn away a not even 2 year old and a 3.5 year old! Shame on you! Instead, we went to Totsville & won’t be back!
We had our kids' birthday here last November. It was alright, allowed the guests to get some energy out. What I didn't like: I thought the staff would be assisting the kids/interacting with them, but no. The kids just ran wild on their own. The most confusing part to me was that there was no music. Imagine entering a very silent party room on a late evening... That was so weird. I asked if they had music - it would have been perfect for the candle blowing to have some birthday music, but they said they didn't have it. How strange is that... What party is conducted without music. I was disappointed. I read reviews that their birthday parties are amazing and relied on that, but I still have regrets about holding my kids' party there and am not inclined to recommend it as a birthday party venue.
We have been going to this location for 9 years!! Recently my youngest participated in the Spring Break half day camp and he had an amazing time. The staff is always friendly, it’s clean, and they offer a wide variety of activities and classes. My kids are always excited to go for a birthday party too!
Met a group of homeschool moms there for a Friday open gym and our kids had the best time ever! The staff is truly amazing and the owner Nikki is wonderful. I brought all my kids age ranges 2-9 years old and there was something for everyone! We had a blast and will def. be back. Cannot say enough good things!
We discovered Rolly Pollies last summer for their summer camp and I can't said enough about how amazing their staff is. Both of my boys love going here when when school is out. We have done summer camp, winter break camp, and we will be doing the spring break camp. They make friends, love the art projects and really get their energy out. We have especially loved that they worked with our son who has special needs to provide a place for him to belong.
I wouldn’t recommend this place at all for African Americans.. The staff isn’t friendly and unclear of their own rules. Or they’re making them up for us. It’s too much to explain. But don’t spend your money with people who don’t want you there. I saw how they treated the party before and after our party. Much friendlier and easy going. I shouldn’t have left feeling how I felt. It was not welcoming at all. One instructor said we could go onto the floor. The other kicked us out the play area to wait 5 minutes because the party time was 1:30 and it was 1:25. I’m laughing to not get angry.
We had a Nerf Party for my son’s 8th Birthday. Not only did I think it was great but on the way home he said “I have to say, that was like the Best party ever!” I think his review speaks for itself. It was so nice to just show up and enjoy the party while the staff took care of everything. All of the kids had a great time and cannot wait to go back for a Nerf Night.
