Romano's Macaroni Grill

My friend and I had the waiter Shannon and what a great server he was! Best service i have ever received and he made my birthday dinner one to remember. The sweetest guy and kindest heart and a joy to talk to. He definitely deserves a raise for his great people skills. Would definitely come back just to have him as a server. #WELOVESHANNON

The food was a little on the salty side. We came in on a Friday at noon time. There were 3 other tables being served. Our waitress did a great job. The bread was also a little stale, and the oil & herbs were very lacking.Food: 3/5

Ordered online to go. When I walked in there was a little delay with me standing there waiting to see if someone would acknowledge me. It was pretty slow and quiet inside. When I was greeted and informed them I was there for pickup they had me go out the front door through a door just to the right of the front door to the to go area which was a bit odd since I was standing next to the to go prep area when I came through the front door but I assume it's their process so although weird it didn't bother me really. The order was ready on time and correct. Unfortunately, the food just didn't do it for me. The bread had herbs and spices in it and tasted like rosemary which I did not prefer. Also the side salad we paid extra for because it was not included like other similar restaurants do was very small and not worth several extra dollars. The Calamari was ok but tasted heavy on flour used to coat them. My main dish was very heavy in rosemary flavor as well which was off putting. Neither I or my girlfriend really enjoyed anything, but in summary, service was fine except a few minor hiccups, and the food was not bad in quality or temperature or even portion with the exception of the salad, just not our flavor preference.

We waited 1.5 hours for our food. The waiter was nice, but the food took forever. Then when the food actually got to our table, is was blah ....at best. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I repeat, the waiter kept apologizing for the delay. By the way, we went at 630pm on a Saturday, and it was about 1/2 empty. So "the rush" was not the issue. I ordered Pene rustica....and it was Pene with Alfredo sauce. Just really not good. It was our anniversary so we made the best of it....but will NOT be going back.

First time visiting, and certainly won't be our last! While the restaurant was quite busy and service slowed just a little bit, our server Shannon worked tirelessly to keep us happy! He ensured we were well stocked with drinks and bread while waiting for our main entrees and was very personable and friendly which easily made up for any wait times! We left satisfied and would gladly ask for Shannon as our server for any return visits!

We haven't been to a Macaroni Grill in years, we were visiting from out of town and decided to try this one. We were not disappointed. The food was excellent and we loved our server 'T'; she took good care of us and we had nice conversation with her. If you're in the area and need a place to eat don't be afraid to stop here.Food: 5/5

My first time coming and it was such a great experience! Server Tanika was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed in a great timely manner. Mushroom ravioli was soo good and packed full of flavor. I will absolutely be back and recommend stoping by if you’re in the area!

We come in anytime we are in town. My kids absolutely love the bread. Somehow the manager Judy remembers us every time! She is a wonderful person. We had Rob as a server when we came in last week. He is super friendly and gave us great recommendations and service. We will definitely return!Food: 5/5
