Romano's Pizza

Usually the food is great. My pizza tonight was great. However, I hope the person that made my cheeseburger sub tonight takes cooking lessons. You should know a cheeseburger sub isn't made cold with raw meat. It was horrible. It's in the trash. The meat was raw.. please get away from the grill before you kill someone. 3 stars is for half of a good order.

$25 for chicken alfredo with no alfredo sauce.. usually love romanos food but they have been different lately.

My husband and I have been regular customers of Romano’s for 22 years. Unfortunately, that may change. This past weekend I reviewed the menu online along with pricing, and called to place an order for pick up. I ordered the Xtra large steak and cheese sub listed for $15.99 online and chicken nuggets for the $9.99 online. When I spoke to the cashier, she said, “That will be $39.99”. WHAT?! The cashier then remarked that the online prices were “supposed to be changed”. I asked to please speak to the manager- and was told THERE IS NO MGR ONSITE. WHAT?! So, who’s running this ship? I politely told the cashier to cancel my order. All of the menu prices listed online are incorrect? Come on, someone needs to get involved with the false advertising and lack of managerial help.

I always get take out. The food is good and I never have any hassles. It's pretty good pizza, all things considered. I like their subs too.Food: 4/5

We have truly loved Romanos, ordering mutiple times weekly...recently we have been understanding when our delivery hasn't been up to standard with staffing etc. But continued errors with lack from management in correcting and compensating these mistakes has been unacceptable. As you can see the pics are a pita...which is completely missing the pita the top was crumbling in my hand. How this even made it out the door is poor quality control.

This was our first visit at Romano’s, and we really enjoyed the pizza! Upon walking inside the rustic chic decor caught my eyes. Everything looked nice, neat, and clean, and overall has a warm welcoming vibe. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, which provides ample seating with umbrellas for shade. I look forward to dining here again!

Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. Food is mediocre, but the lady working the front with glasses is rude and the reason I will not return to their business.

Absolutely horrible. Cannot follow simple directions like to leave on front porch. Instead leafy my order on ground in back of house infront of garage door!!!! If you can’t read ask the question!!!!! I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with these people. And nothing but ignorant when you call!!!

First time going here. I have to say out of the many Romanos there are in the country that I've been too, not sure if any are affiliated but this one takes the cake. This one was much better. Tasted like better quality if I'm honest compared to them others as well.

Absolutely horrible overall experience. Order was messed up I told the owner I was going to give him a bad review and he said go ahead. I'm never going back there.
