I felt shy at 1st when I walked in but I was greeted by the best outstanding service that any female could have. Stopping by on my lunch break on Thursday or Friday but with only having about 30 mins to spare. I found that I am not the only one who is married and has small children. Not saying that they was with me or anything. But OMG the. Wicked Lube and the flavored Candy apple my husband and I felt like the teenager or American Pie and his girlfriend lol. And the sandals/heels I can go on forever I wanted to take my word sandals/hells off asnd wear my $100 $125 heels back to the office. Thanks l you for this wonderful day on. September 28. My wife and I went in to the store to look around, the saleslady rushed over to us and asked if we needed any help and I replied no thank you we're just looking. So we started looking around a bit and this saleslady would not stop fallowing us around and anything and everything that we looked at she would jump in and say something about the product, what it is, what it's used for even though we did not ask her for her help. She was very loud so others could easily hear everything she was saying. We felt as if she was almost stalking us. I asked her if we could shop alone but that went completely over her head and she continued to fallow us and blurting out sexual things that can be done with toys, even stuff we weren't looking at. Anyways we continued to look around and found something we would purchase, the salesady took it out of my hand and said it'll be at the cash register when we're ready.. okay so we looked a bit more and decided to go pay for it.. on our way up to the cash register we noticed that the same saleslady had taken the product out of the package and had her hands all over the item and also showing it to other workers and letting them touch it as well. I didn't catch her name but she is a woman approximately late 50's to early mid 60's. Needless to say we will not be going back to this store again. We felt very uncomfortable with this woman and do not want to run in to her again. So anyways we found that Amazon doesn't stalk or humiliate people, has a larger variety and is also a lot cheaper than lovers lane.

I felt shy yesterday around 6 or 7 pm before we went to eat But being part of the LGBTQ i was welcome with the nicest employees in the state or the whole USA lol. My boyfriend and I found every thing that we was looking for. Thank you Sean and Patrick

Employees do tend to follow your every move, but they are super helpful when you have questions or need a recommendation. For the people complaining about the return policy, you do understand WHY they have to make that rule, don't you? No one wants a used sex toy, and they cannot prove that you didn't use it...Anyway, I was made aware of their return policy upon check out so sorry if you weren't

The service was fine. Except if your looking to buy something intimate discreetly don't go here. When I left the store I had one of their employs who i did not know go and start talking about by purchases online and calling people who I knew. She called people and started a bunch of harassing phone calls. Due to her lack of professionalism.

Went here to buy some anal toys for my wife. I had a toy all picked out but the pushy salesperson sold me on a different toy. It turned out to be designed MALE prostate stimulation. I ended trying to return the item but was turned away due to the return policy which I was only told about after my purchase was complete. Never going back. They prey on customers with no knowledge of sex toys and up sell you.

This company is doing mandatory temperature checks! RIDICULOUS! Please help stop the infringement and DONT SUPPORT STORES THAT ARE WILLING TO INFRINGE ON OUR RIGHTS. HELP END THE NON-SENSE! I would think they would like customers. Apparently not! No longer supporting any company doing things like this. I love stopping in here and just browsing all of their new products. They have so many fun things in here and I know my man is always pleasantly surprised when I come home with a bag of new purchases! The staff is really friendly and helpful as well.

Was super nervous to go in and purchase a gown for this evening. The staff make you feel very welcome and don't judge. Highly recommended and a major help. THANK YOU SHELLY
