Romeo’s fuel is very reliable. I’ve been using them for several years and never had any problems. Their ordering website is very user friendly. Always delivered on the scheduled day. They are very cautious when entering your property. Plus their price is the best around. But the most important to me is the quality of the fuel. Since I’ve been using Romeo’s fuel I never had any problems with my heating system.
Have been using Romeo's for the past 7 years. Excellent service, fast delivery. they provide updates on the delivery status, the amount of oil that was delivered. Thus far, Romeo's have the best price. Tank service is great as well. would definitely recommend.
I have been using them for a few years now, they definitely offer the most competitive pricing out there. If you sign up for email/text, they will regularly provide you offers for further discount also. Only downside I can ever give is customer service on just one single occasion. Admittedly, I was confused, but would have appreciated a little more patience on their end. Obviously, not enough of an issue to discourage me from being a customer. Overall, I recommend them and I'm very happy with their services. UPDATE: 9/29/23 I appreciated the owner reaching out, but it seems to unfortunately follow my original review. I called back 3 times asking to be connected, left a message each time, and never heard back. Typical of the customer service there, they were pretty stand offish about me asking to speak to Dominick. My reviews seems accurate to this point. The customer service could be better, but the service is fine and well priced.
First time user and everything went smoothly, as expected. I was called the day before to confirm delivery, which was received in the early AM. Receipt was left and emailed. Within 2 days my credit card was adjusted to reflect the actual charge for gallons received. Process was simple and issue free. Thanks!
Very profesional , they fiil up my tank 4 times evry year. My oponion Romeo's is top oil company in Long island Ny. I order oil from Romeo's last 8 years.I did recommended to my friends all off them buying oil from Romeo's.
Driver and helper were very careful not to disturb my newly planted grass. Dragged the hose down my neighbor’s driveway and across my back yard to avoid the lawn. Effort was greatly appreciated.
