Romero Electric did a fantastic job of replacing a transformer in a light fixture which was installed in a hard to reach place 19 feet up in my foyer. The crew were very nice and respectful. I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again. Very reasonable pricing, they probably lost money on my job.
The Romero Electric crew did an excellent job fixing a tough to reach light fixture in my house and replacing bulbs 17 feet up. They arrived right on schedule and took great care working in my house working over the hardwood floors by removing their shoes and ensuring a clean work site. They were very professional and courteous.

My only experience with Romero Electric occurred last week. Their van was being driven by a man who was driving erratically and so close to my rear bumper that it scared me. I was already traveling over the speed limit in the construction zone. Then he pulled along side of me and raised his middle finger while ranting and raving. I would never feel comfortable having someone who behaves this way in my home while alone or with my kids. It tells me a lot when they act that way in a van plastered with the company name and contact info.
Not a good experience with them. I set up an appointment for them to do some electrical work. Someone from their company called me and said he would be there in about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I gave them my address and he said he would call when he was on his way. I never heard from them again. I called back twice and left messages. I got a call back from Joey, the owner, on Friday and he said he would try to get someone out the next day. Didn't hear a thing. I called back on Monday, left another messagethey haven't answered their phone yet, and still no call back. I left another message this morning asking that as a matter of courtesy that they at least call me. I got a call back from Joey's wife who informed me they are too busy and can't handle the job, "have a nice day", Click. I wouldn't recommend them.
I had Romero electric come out to my data center and they ran me a few connectors and help get things off the ground and running. The price was great and the work was professional and I would have them to it again.
I called to schedule a replacement receptor. Left a message. No call back. I'll take my business elsewhere.
They were a no show at our appt, then didn't return my call to find out why.
