Second, is to understand their call in God's ministry;
and Thirdly, to help them meet the needs of our multi-cultural communities
churches, and para-church organizations, many of which are under-prepared today.

of the faith, and the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the fullness of Christ:"
