I am a commercial real estate broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial in Victorville, CA, specializing in investments properties and land investments in the High Desert and the Inland Empire.
In the 1970’s I founded the first Real Estate Pension Fund for the Original Coldwell Banker (now CBRE) and established the firm’s Research Department; in the 1980’s I developed a 125 Acre Business Park as well as office and industrial buildings in San Diego; and during the 1990’s I was a Partner in the Real Estate Consulting Division of KPMG where I provided consulting and asset management services to financial institutions. I retired and moved to the Victorville/Apple Valley area of the High Desert. I quickly became bored with retirement; so 2003 I reentered the world of commercial real estate finding sites for retail tenants and users. By 2004 I was working full time providing commercial real estate brokerage and consulting services.
