Great experience. My car had both front tires pop while driving on the highway. Service was fast and friendly, and they were flexible for drop off location. I would recommend.
I have had tires fixed on the freeway and they reaponded fast. They towed my sins car after an accident. They have repaired my car for way less then the dealer. I trust them 100%.
I LOVE the service Ron's. They are friendly, efficient and most importantly honest and trustworthy. Not only did they take care of my tire issue and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes; they pointed out the sloppy work from the dealership's service department that originally 'fixed' it and then tried to cover up their mistake and sell me a new tire. Brought my truck in to get new tires put on along with pressure sensors and air valve stems they did it in no time at all and the price was right! Under a hour and a half!!
I live very close and I was having issues with unbelievably tight lug nuts so I had called and asked if I could swing by and if they could use an impact to just loosen up my lug nuts. I told them I would pay them for there time and everything and the response was “absolutely not”! I’ve had a shop help me before with this same issue. Heading out to buy an 1/2 drive impact now. So much for helping your neighbors.
Explained I needed break lines done, he interrupted me and said "I'm not interested in getting into that" I then asked if they did breakines and he said "I'm just not interested" and hung up on me. This is NOT how you run a local business. I will never darken their door for anyrhing and I hope the mobile next door puts them out of business. What a jerk!
I needed a tow and they arrived soon after I called. Had my problem resolved in no time in inclement weather. Great service.
