At the age of 12, Ron Williams' started working on roof inspections with his father. He was a foreman by the age of 17 and worked with several companies in central California for 10 years. Eventually, Ron moved into a sales management position, then onto operations management for a commercial roofing company in Santa Cruz. In 1991, Williams started his own roof and inspection business in the central valley.
