April 2022 3.5 Service from the staff is great. Though it was a shame some of the items were out of stock. Though this store had items that were out of stock at competitors store as well. Overall, decent prices, good service.

The Appliance Options And Information The Staff Member Provided Was Very Helpful. My Long Project List Also Included Painting. I Was Able To Discuss My Expectations For The Job At Hand With A Staff Member That Guided Me To The Nessasary Products Needed To Achieve Success. This is my local Rona. I dropped in early this morning and was literally the only customer in the store. While searching for what I needed I was passed by 3 employees none of which had the courtesy to acknowledge me or possibly ask if I required assistance. Management may wish to consider staff training in the area of customer service a beginners' guide perhaps. A reminder to staff that it is your customers that provide staff the privilege of employment would be in order RONA you can do better

Lydia Jones was the one that helping me out, she was really professional and responsible, she takes extra steps to make sure my order is completed and arrives on time. She’s defiantly a role model of the store, I wish my company can have an individual like her. Thank you again Lydia

trying to get some garden supplies and material to fix outside railing. The store does offer advice but there is no column that I can buy at the store. The staff suggested to check it out online. I discovered Craftsman brand there.
