Dr. Murphy and his team are phenomenal. I only recently had dental issues and my dental anxiety was a 10/10 but Dr Murphy and team made me feel at ease and everything went better than I could have expected. Batavia is lucky to have this team locally!
I needed an appointment in March before my ex-employer's insurance ran out. Thanks to the appointment scheduler, she got me an appointment in March. Wow this helped a whole bunch! Rachel did a great job of cleaning my teeth. No pain at all. Simply wonderful . And... Yes Dr. Murphy done great too. Thank you all !
Dr. Murphy and his team is nothing but professional and make you feel absolutely comfortable! All questions are answered thoroughly and if you've always been nervous about going to the dentist like I was, then this is the place to go!

I have been going to Dr.Murphy’s for a little over a year now. I had a lot of work that needed to be done and their team was over the top with customer service and always having great energy! With only a little work left to be done I have been very grateful of their patience and service! I’m not good with oral pain and they were fully understanding and helped me be as comfortable during the procedure and were willing to accommodate for any questions/concerns I had. Thank you Ronald A. Murphy for taking care of me and for teaching/informing me about dental hygiene.

For about 20 years, the only time I'd go to a dentist was, when an infection set in to the point, that I couldn't deal with it anymore. Extreme fear was my issue. That's how I ended up at Dr. Murphy's. Infection. Without a hesitance, they squeezed me in the same day I called. The assistant took me into the room. I was bawling from fear, pain and embarrassment. What this beautiful young lady did, is unclear to me, but she made me feel so comfortable, at ease and cared for, that ever since that first visit, I don't have that overwhelming, paralyzing fear I felt before. Quite a new feeling, to be honest, I didn't think it's possible. The whole staff is absolutely amazing. Dr. Murphy is a genius, he has a whole plan how to help the patient, the moment he does his assessment. He has one heck of a team working with him. I had rather extensive dental work done and I couldn't be more pleased with the results all around. I can't thank all of them enough for their heart, kindness, professional, yet friendly approach and I'm beyond grateful, that I found this place. And let me add... When Dr. Murphy gives shots... They don't hurt, how cool is that?! If you need a true dental hero, Dr. Murphy is your guy
