called for urgent new onset of symptoms looking for same day appointment and was dismissed by front desk receptionist stating Dr. Ronan is booked for today and not even triaged with a clinical staff member or by Dr. Ronan to ask more about my symptoms. Working in the medical field as a nurse this is not proper patient care. Urgent symptoms should be properly addressed with someone on the care team.

Lmao I haven't even met the doctor yet and I'm leaving a review because I think it's that important. The first person that a person calling speaks with can make or break their experience at the facility. Especially if you're new and just searching. I know this place isn't right for me after speaking with Jessica, a medical assistant for Dr. Cynthia Ronan. Jessica picked up the phone and was shockingly and openly rude, ignored my concern as a possible first-time patient -then when repeated, replied rudely, "you'll be fine." I'll be damned if I open my legs up to someone that speaks to me like that lol Jessica condescendingly called me "honey" and "sweetie" after I asked her not to then put me on mute to talk about it. Bad business. Women, especially those that haven't ever seen a gynecologist, want to feel seen and heard, overall comfortable when dealing with the most sensitive and politicized parts of our body.. Staff should be ashamed. Seeing the comments definitely confirmed how I feel. Just made a new appt. closer to home! FYI my *personal experience, do as you please!!!

0 stars should be an option. She told me it was my responsibility to remind her when my annuals were due which is why i left her practice. She was the on call dr. I refused her services or to let her do a circumcision. The day I was being discharged she threw my discharge paperwork across thr hospital room. The hospital called me to apologize. If I knew then what I know now u would've sued her and griffin hospital.

This office is a joke. No one knows what they are doing. When I first started there they assumed I had a miscarriage without speaking to me. Almost forced me to pay $1000 out of pocket for going there. Now it’s been more than 8 weeks of not seeing a doctor and I haven’t received any phone calls to schedule baby appointments or anything. And now that I want to switch practices they’re giving me the run around. Talking about I need to sign a release form which I did and now it takes up to 30 days. That is unacceptable. They saw me the same day I made my first appointment now I can’t switch doctors just as easy? No. The front desk receptionist always has an attitude. Like. By the time they release my records I’m going to be giving birth.

if i could rate this 0 stars, i would. i went in for a pain i’ve been having for over a year now. the first time i went to have this checked i was brushed off and told there was nothing wrong. the second time they sent me for an ultrasound and still nothing was wrong. now this pain is worse so i wanted to be safe and get checked again. well i’m sitting in the room for 30 minutes to hear ronan say “i’m gonna see this last patient and then i’m going across the street” so i waited to see if a nurse would come tell me that she was leaving. i waited for 20 minutes. not one peep about her leaving. i heard ronan leave the other room so i got dressed and walked out. i have had nothing but issues here. every time i mentioned getting off birth control she switched me to another one. i had to finally say “no. i want to stop taking this.” with an attitude just for her to take the hint. i would not recommend anyone going here.

Dr. Ronan and her staff are amazing. She has done 3 c sections of mine that have healed great with no complications. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and always available to answer any questions.

If I could give zero stars, I would; the front desk is super rude, and I quote ” not going to sit here and listen to your story’s,” they thought I was pregnant due to no communication. They don’t listen, they have no bedside manner’s and Ronan is incompetent. She prescribed me antibiotics and birth control which will get me pregnant because antibiotics decrease the effects of birth control. They stretched out the appointment to get more money in co-pays, literally said that they will not give me my birth control patch Unless I pay $30 to get my blood pressure checked checked and attend another appointment in 3 months, or I’ll get charged?? It also gave me an excessive amount of Pap smeared when I was experiencing a vaginal infection and which could have caused me so much harm !! This is not about how they are greedy grimy money-hungry businesses and should be shut down. Please do not go here

My daughter had the worse experience with both the office staph and the Dr. she is 11weeks pregnant she has not been feeling well at all, she spoke with Dr Ronan the day before and she said she will call in medication for her. 2 days later still nothing. She called the office and the office lady with an accent showed no sympathy at all!! That was the least of our worries she was sending all the calls and messages to someone that should had been off the emergency list and was told to her to remove them, well she never did! Then turned the situation around and said it was my daughters fault! The medication was NEVER called in at all! On top of that the Dr. takes forever to return calls, I called today and asked to speak with a nurse or the Dr then she says the Dr is only in on Thursday’s! She must’ve forgotten it is THURSDAY today because all she did was stutter when I told her she was lying because it is Thursday and she’s telling me she’s not available. I finally asked my daughter to transfer to another Dr. well the Dr finally calls her back with an attitude and she even seemed frustrated was not apologetic at all do to the experience she just had with the office lady nor was she even concerned, finally she said she would send the medication to CVS, as my daughter is on the phone in tears explaining to her that she feels dehydrated and really not felling well she tells her she’s really disappointed and feels like she is not a priority to them she tells her she may be transferring if this continues, well the Dr tells her Shes not sending a prescription since she wants to transfer and tells her go to the ER and hangs up on her. Stay away from this clinic I will be writing a letter about this situation to who ever is in charge of her.

Dr Ronan is wonderful. She is thorough in answering questions and explaining things in layman’s terms, and has really helped to put my mind at ease during stressful situations. She’s done two surgeries on me and I couldn’t be happier with my treatment. Both Doctor and Staff are great! The wait can be long at times, I think because she accepts everyone AND because she is thorough. My last time there was quick.

I don't normally do reviews But I think it's important because this is about health. This woman suggested I get my tubes tied instead of replacing my IUD. She and the staff said once I paid my deductible to THEM everything would be covered. At no time did she bring up The fact that I should consider that I would be getting terrible periods again after many years without. When I went to the hospital on this emotional day I was informed that the procedure was going to cost me much much more. No I don't think her office misunderstood when they said my deductible to them would cover it. By this point of course I had already paid her so I went ahead reluctantly and very upset. I saw her walking around the hospital chatting and laughing with someone so I knew she was there yet she left me waiting a long time before she came in for 2 seconds after the procedure. Several staff members suggested this was typical behavior from her. I just recently found a new doctor and when I ask them to if I should get my medical records they advised that dr. Ronan is known for not providing them even though I have a legal right. I called and requested them and was told I'd be called back because they were in storage. No call back no surprise. This doctor is about money Not her patients. I hate to give such a bad review. This was years ago yet it really impacted my life financially and physically as the periods were worse than ever before...something you'd expect a physician to mention! She's fine if you just want someone for your annual exam and the procedure went fine.
