I had the pleasure of working with Joe and his team. I had reached out to several roofing companies and found that many are complacent in the needs of the consumer. When speaking with Joe, he not only identified the source of the problem but went the extra mile to point out the incorrect assessment of the Allstate Adjuster. Joe earned my trust that day. While his estimate to repair my roof was not the least expensive, the value added by being able to trust him far superseded anything further. Trust is what earned that job and I appreciate that more these days, in a time where the lack of trustworthiness and making a quick buck is so rampant.
Joe Feliciano the owner of Roof Tek was an excellent example of quality customer service and great value for our purchase of a new roof! The team was effective and efficient in scheduling and job performance and by using high quality products they surpassed our expectations and we will be going back again for the next project we have lined up! Thank you Roof Tek and Joe Feliciano for providing the best service and fantastic results on our new roof!!
Please stir clear of this business. Paid $7500 for a new roof. Too many issues to list. Main one is they applied new roof over unstable wood LOOKS HORRIBLE. Never answers calls.
