Room to Spare Storage is the Most Fun Storage, Shipping and Selling Facility you will ever find! We are known for our Funny Signs and our Out of the Ordinary Promotions.

Description

Moving can be stressful. We like to have fun. We will make moving and storing items the easiest thing you have going on.

We have storage units (Climate Controlled as well) and parking spaces. We are one of the cleanest facilities in WNY as we are chicks. (It has to be clean.) Music even plays in all the aisles. We have a web cam scanning the RV lot so customers can check on their expensive toys in bad weather instead of trekking out here.

We sell online for other people. We are quite well known for our services. We detail this on our website and Wendy is one WLVL once a month to take questions.

We ship via FedEx and (We do not use the traditional 38% markup) we will beat the Post Office prices if the package weighs over 6 lbs. We will pack it for you, if you buy the materials in our store. It is a much easier shipping experience than anywhere else.

Room To Spare is the place u definitely want to store ur items at.  The staff is very friendly. Very professional, and very helpful.  I would highly recommend them  The warm welcome that I received from day one has continued. And even the I know its a business. I feel like their family.  If I ever need them again. I know they will Be there for me.

Sadly while this place is conveniently located it is run completely unprofessionally, very rude staff and “hidden” costs! Update: Since posting this review of our unfortunate encounter with Wendy, she has continued to harass our family…..and looking at other reviewers’ posts, we’re not her only victims. Formal complaint  been filed, legal action pending. Hoping to spare others from experiencing this kind of treatment. Also interesting, and sad to note that Wendy apparently continues to treat her clients poorly, as she noted in her most recent online rant,  as per her words, she’s been brought to court many times….Interesting, that it’s always someone else’s fault, couldn’t possibly be the fact that she’s just a mean person who feels it necessary to harass people when they aren’t happy with her treatment??  Just sad that she doesn’t ever seem to learn from her mistakes. We all feel sorry for her and hope she’s able to get some help.

I shipped at item that was stolen off a porch when it arrived.  Wendy and Carly did a great job advocating for me and I was given a refund from FedEx when I normally would not have gotten one.

I have rented a storage unit from Wendy for about 4 years now and from the day I first met her to today has been amazingly friendly and easy. The units are well priced and super clean. The entire property and store are clean and well maintained. The staff, dont even get me going on them, because to a person, all knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Alicia who always has a smile and kind word for each and every person through the door. They are also an excellent and efficient way to ship and also sell a wide variety of shipping and packing products. A fabulous business run by a fabulous woman!!

Over the course of the several years we have at various times rented three separate units, two of them simultaneously, with Room to Spare. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The office has a great sense of humor and their front area sells literally anything you'd need to pack up your stuff and lock it up. I highly recommend this locally-owned business.

Customer service is excellent. Friendly. Rates are good. Only complaint is the webcam that they advertise hasn't worked on their website for months. Either take the advertising  off the website, or get it fixed! Would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for that!..........the owners got the webcam fixed and went out of their way to call me at home to notify me it was up and running. Now as far as I'm concerned, that's great customer service!!

I had all good experiences at Room to Spare! My family and I used them for some moving projects between 2018-2020, and they were always helpful and kind! I would use them again and again! I would recommend for anyone looking to use a great, safe storage facility to call these guys!

This is my second time using this great place to store basically anything. I love it the first time and loved it even more the second time. Wendy and company make it so easy . And they go out of their way to help and make it even easier. As Tony the Tiger says . Their Great . I highly recommend Room for Spare Storage .

Great place to store your stuff. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Only positive things to say about my experience here. If I need to store anything again I will definitely use Room to Spare

Absolutely the most disrespectful lady I’ve ever met in my life, the lady that owns this place should not be in business. I never write reviews but I just wanted to warn people. The only reason she has a 4.6 out of 5 star is because she deletes all bad reviews. I was advised by my doctor to not receive the vaccine for medical reasons. This lady went out of her way to ask me about my medical history then came to within inches of my face yelling at me that I was selfish and to get the hell out of the store. Mind you she was worried about Covid and she is putting her face in mine “joke”. I wish I could post the video of how irrational and unstable this lady is.  If I could give zero stars I would.. check out the pictures of this unstable lady kicking me out because I didn’t have my vaccine. But gets within inches from me.
