I love shopping at local stores like this. Excellent service and great prices! I got my sofa delivered the same day. They also sell of the floor which is really nice. I’ll be back.
Looks are deceiving— the building may look like an old warehouse but inside there is very nice quality furniture & very reasonable prices. Their Facebook page was very helpful. I found the piece I was looking for on the first visit & I will definitely be back for future purchases.
A friend of mine recommended this place so I checked them out and was very impressed. The outside of the store didn’t look the best so I was a little worried until I got inside. It’s really nice in the store and the furniture is beautiful! The prices are the best I’ve seen. I found the exact same sofa and loveseat I was going to buy from Ashley and it was $400 cheaper here and I was able to get it the same day. The sales guy was extremely helpful and nice and the delivery guys were very professional. I will definitely be back for a dining set and a mattress soon.
Excellent Furniture Store. Exceeds all my Expectations. Great Quality Furniture and Employees are Awesome. Went in looking for a Certain kind of Loveseat and the Guy working helped me and I left with a order for Exactly what I wanted. Next day Delivery was set in place . I recieved My purchase and Everything looks Great. I Highly Recommend this Store and Rooms For Less will be my go to place for now on.
Great service with no pressure to buy, great prices and the furniture was very nice quality. I like how you can take anything they have in store with you or get it delivered without waiting. They had a large selection for living room and I bought a $2700 Stearns and Foster mattress set for $699. I will be back for a sectional I saw on close out.
There's great customer service here. I went in today looking for a kid's dresser for a reasonable price. They had nice kids dressers but the salesman pointed out that kids dressers are usually more expensive and I can get a regular sized dresser and save a little money. He found 2 dressers in the style I was looking for and saved me nearly $200. Great customer service, very good selections.
We had an excellent experience. Ordered a new Sectional and bought a floor model dining room table. Worth the wait on the sectional for the better pricing in our area. Would recommend to anyone .
Paid full price on November 2018 for the total amount of $2,300 for a Josefina set by Coaster and Ottoman with Shoes organizer. We reported on February that sofa and loveseat have twisting sensation at the level of their armrest respectively. Employee arrived and tested and made a note of that. Love seat was replaced, but unfortunately after a waiting time of 2 months and making calls to the manager He never gave us a call back for updates from February to April 2019 we were told manufacturer Coaster does not want to honor warranty for the sofa. It is very clear the difference between the love seat recently replaced with the sofa we received since the beginning. We only had the sofa for 3 months in our property and after we made the calls to the manager, he says he cannot do anything. I was the first one who noticed one of the shoulders was twisting, then my husband and finally the employee who came to pick it up who in fact made notes about it. In fact, we told him we won't like a new one, we would like the same sofa, but fixed then we received an unexpected answer from him: " If you want, you can hire someone on your own to fix it and if there is something I can contact Coaster to paId you for that". Unbelievable! We run a small business, and during our 6 years as a seller I have never told one of my customers to pay for a service due to manufacturer's issues, this is the seller's responsibility to provide the solution. Unfortunately, I won't be back for the dinning set I was going to purchase this month. When I purchased the living set, he reassured that he will manage any manufacturer defects and he also said he will be able to hire someone to fix if it is needed. From today, we have to start a complaint through our credit company because of his denial to fix this problem. I won't recommend this place. It is better if you do a more research about his policy, he does not honor his words and cannot compromise manufacturer Coaster to fulfill warranty. UPDATE: 05/11 My husband and I personally went to confront Ryan Shepard who was the one who sold me the living set on 11/2018. The manager from my credit card company, Capital One, was on a conference call and acting as a witness and recording all details in order to obtain a confirmation that seller Ryan Shepard did send his employee to pick up sofa on 02/23/2018. While we were on the conference call inside Rooms for less store, 05/11/2019, Ryan Shepard denied profoundly that he did not have the sofa in his property with the following words : "I do not know what you are talking about, you are wrong, I never sent someone to pick up anything". After this, we thought this person completely lost his mind. Then, he disclaimed that he went to park his car outside of our property and took pictures of my little one and my husband while they were outside of our home at some point. He added he had the right to do it since he was in a "public street". This seller made a big mistake doing this. I live in a HOA private community with surveillance cameras. Seller used my personal information to take pictures of my family without our consent and not letting us know he would do this. Not ending here, he banned us while he was recording us with his phone saying he will sue us for trespassing private property. Very immature way to confront issues with customers, when he felt lost he used the most vain tactic that a bad practice business owners will do, banning your customer. After he banned us from the store, we had to call a police officer from Coweta Police Department and asked his help since our credit card company needed a witness to see if this seller has the sofa in order for our credit card company to make it eligible for a chargeback after seller denied to make things right. BE VERY AWARE OF THIS PERSON. Ryan Shepard is the owner, he is the one who sells lies with false promises about items. Ask a written policy of everything he offers at the moment you are there, in case something like my case comes up you have the best way to appeal. Check the BBB!!
First of all this store is a mess, everything in boxes or wrap up in plastic, nothing to see at all, I was in this store and the one man that was there didn't ask me did I needed help with anything, he was to busy talking to a lady about his and her personal life, he have no business trying to be a salesman, after I was there for over 20 minutes and no help with what I was interests in I left and went to another furniture store and spent my money with them, so bye bye Rooms for less, never ever will I be back.and good luck to whom ever go in there.
SCAM!!!! These guys carry Ashley Furniture and charge $450+ mark-up from the price that Ashley Furniture actually charges for it!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Research it yourself! Photos are proof!!!
