Rooms To Go Furniture Store - Chattanooga

Dean was my salesman. He greeted us immediately but gave me space to look around. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision, like some purchasing experiences can be. I went with a “Cindy Crawford” set. I knew as soon as I saw it, it was the “one”. It is very well made and so comfortable! I feel like the price was fair for the quality. And it came with tons of pillows that are also high quality! And if you know anything about throw pillows, they are very expensive just by themselves. The delivery was quick, like less than 2 weeks out. The delivery communication was great! I was informed via email/text with updates and they had a delivery tracker for the day of. Please be kind to the delivery guys. That is a very hard job & I don’t feel like they get enough credit All in all, I was very pleased with this experience at Rooms to Go.

I purchased a living room set from Rooms to Go. I waited a few months to write my review, until I was certain if I was going to be happy with my purchase. I am happy to say that I am. I adore the sectional set I got. It is modern, comfortable, beautiful to look at, and I love it. I woulk like to thank Karen Ayala for helping me find the perfect set for me and encouraging me to get the color I really wanted instead of what was normal for others. I cannot say enough how happy I am with my purchase. I would definitely go back. I love having people over now .

We spent an entire day looking all over Chattanooga for a new sectional sofa. Every place we looked either didn't have the style/color/size etc we wanted or was outrageously priced or wouldn't be able to deliver for 6-8 weeks. We had almost given up, but decided to check R2G. Expectations were low because of them being a larger corporate type store, but we found the perfect piece immediately in the doorway. Our Sales Associate, Chris, greeted us, but wasn't pushy and allowed us to browse the entire store at our own pace. Once we told him the one we wanted, he was extremely helpful in giving us info, setting up the sale, and financing the furniture. And delivery is only taking 2 weeks. Beautiful furniture, great pricing, and exceptional sales people! We will definitely be back!

The only positive thing I have to say is that the showroom is nice and the salesman we spoke to was friendly and helpful, but that's not enough for a second star, and you should definitely avoid shopping here. We ordered a simple coffee table, and the delivery today three weeks later was an absolute comedy of terribleness. First, the delivery guys dropped it off two houses down despite both house numbers being clearly visible, and it's only because I flagged them down as they were pulling away that I got the table in the first place. Then when I did get it I found it in the state you can see below, with damage to the corner of the box that reached to the finish of the table. I requested that they take it back to the truck, but they said something about the exchange being quicker if I just kept it and wouldn't take it. I should have insisted, because I found out when I called that the terms of sale say that there are no refunds after merchandise has been delivered, and the soonest they can replace it is about seven weeks from now of course I asked for a refund when I found out it would take that long. So now I guess we'll just have a damaged table for a month and a half while we wait for them to make this right. Just to get a simple, undamaged coffee table from Rooms to Go is going to take us all the way to October 1st when we ordered it in July. Never again.

Joe Robinson was our Sales Associate. He was fantastic. Very friendly and super nice to our children being with us. He was a great help. Walked all over the store. Showed us plenty of different things in each area we were looking for. He did an over all wonderful job. Could not ask for better.

Joe was exceptional. Not only did he greet us as soon as we entered the showroom, but he also gave us the luxury of shopping on our own without constant check-ins. This helped us make our own decision, which was then facilitated by Joe’s ability to price everything out and give us honest estimates about delivery. Ultimately, Joe was able to help us come to decision on a couch and we are very thankful for his help and patience.

I just moved to Chattanooga. I did not have much furniture or know many people. I walked into the door at rooms to go and greeted with a friendly smile. Matt instantly treated me like a friend, allowed me to browse the store until I found something I liked without pressure to buy anything. Once I found what I liked Matt helped by answering all my questions and was very knowledgeable on everything in the store he then walked me through the finance portion, which was incredibly easy and surprisingly affordable. I have never had to buy furniture before and was a little shell shocked at prices but good furniture is going to be expensive like that no matter where you go. He was also upfront about delivery times and how rooms to go understands the current shipping and product delays and now offers two deliveries since it is not the customers fault. I am not easily impressed by customer service these days but Matt and rooms to go have set the bar high. When I’m ready to move on to the next rooms in my house and get more furniture, Matt will be who I go to see first.

Dean was fantastic, very professional and friendly. I gave him an pretty vague idea of the kind of couch I needed and he was able to find me the perfect piece. In addition he was entirely knowledgeable on the details of the furniture and all of the warranties. I'm going to save a lot of time from now on by going directly to room's to go, they have good products and amazing staff.

We had the privilege of working with Dean Jones as our salesman. We were interested in buying a new king-sized memory foam mattress. He was very kind and helpful in helping us figure out the best option for us. His product knowledge of each type of mattress was exceptional and we so appreciate him taking the time to explain and guide us to the best choice for us! We will definitely be coming back to see him in the near future!

I've been to Rooms To Go twice now and have worked with Matt B on both occasions. Absolutely great help and super friendly. Next time I return for furniture I will definitely seek his assistance again. On another note, the furniture is everything I wanted it to be and I have had zero issues with what I've bought. 10/10 recommend.
