Eric Isaksen at The Colony location was great! He showed us every sofa bed in the store and answered all of our questions. He happily repeated all of this when we returned near to closing after shopping around. I highly recommend Erik!
I had the BEST experience at this location. My first experience was with Ms. Jody, she greeted my sister and I kindly, and helped me find the items I was looking for. I’m very picky and Jody was patient with me. My next experience was with Douglas, as soon as I walked in he greeted me with a kind smile, and helped me find the perfect mattress and dining set. I definitely recommend coming to this location for all your furnishing needs.
When we need furniture, this is our spot. They’ve always taken care of us and given us the best deals. This time, my husband and I would like to give a shout out to Douglas Cerrato for helping us with our living room set and queen mattress. Douglas took the time to explain to us the offers and gave us our space to shop without any pressure. We appreciate it his transparency with our purchase. When we return we’ll be asking for Douglas!
Sherry Pope did a great job showing everything that we wanted to look at. She was very patient while we looked at everything and checked the comfort of several different mattresses.
Friendly salesperson. Was not pushy. Gave me time to think about what I was looking at. Gave helpful advice once she understood what I was looking for. Thanks to Michelle's advice I found just what I needed. And it was a discontinued floor sample at a great price.
Great experience with Michelle Smith! Friendly and personable, and also very patient with me with my indecisiveness on kids bedroom furniture and mattress. She provided options and best of all managed to stay within my budget which allowed me to get something extra to complete the room made my experience very enjoyable overall. I’m a little late leaving this review but better late than never! I purchased a cute dining table here and the sales associate who assisted me was Fernando. He was wonderful! It was very busy that day in the store and it almost seemed impossible to find someone to help my family and I. I spotted Fernando and he immediately took care of us. I asked about a specific table I saw online and he was pleasant and walked us over to where the dining table was, only to find out that the display table I was interested in had been sold off the floor. However, the table in its place was really cute and I ended up getting that one! He was honest with answering my questions and he was very personable and easy to talk to. If you go to rooms to go, ask for Fernando!

The gentleman that was helping us Ahmad did a great job. Everything was great until the delivery day. I asked them to call me 30 minutes ahead of time because I'm working, they called me and I left work I got there in less than 20 minutes and the delivery guy said he has to leave because he waited 15 minutes I was very clear that I need to be notified 30 minutes ahead of time, I'm very disappointed because I lost half day of work because this. My order number is 11999966.
