Commitment, Competence, Compassion
Roosevelt University's sixth and newest college will offer the only Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program in the Midwest that students will complete in three years, as opposed to four years. The College of Pharmacy is organized into six departments or offices.
In support of the Roosevelt University mission of social justice, the College of Pharmacy embraces a student-centered approach to learning that will produce graduates who are competent, committed, and compassionate. Roosevelt University pharmacists will be prepared to meet the universal vision of pharmacy practice, whereby pharmacists will be the healthcare professionals responsible for providing patient care that ensures optimal medication therapy outcomes. The mission is achieved through innovative teaching, experiential training, mentoring, scholarship, intellectual and personal reflection, and community engagement.
