Roosevelt Elementary School

My family and I moved from New Mexico a few months ago. I was worried about my son and having to start school in Bellingham because he had expressed certain concerns to me regarding his acceptance in a new school due to cultural background. I am not going to lie, I was worried about that as well. But as soon as we stepped into the school, we were welcomed and we were treated with great respect. The staff is friendly and professional. The counselor knew who my sin was and introduced himself to him and myself and made himself available at any time. After the first day of school, my son came home with a smile on his face and told me about his awesome teacher and all the nice kids that he met. I am very happy with this school and thankful to all the teachers and staff for helping make this move a lot easier for my family.

This place is a amazing learning experience to me. The whole staff is nice, I should know because I'm a student there! There's a huge field around the whole school, it's really fun to ride a bike on the field, especially when you get to the bumpy area.

Amazing school. Teachers are beyond awesome and are always involved in our kids learning experience. My children have learned so much . The principal is literally the best principle ever Mr. Gresham

I love this school so much everyone there is amazing and all the staff aren't just focused on the intelligentence of the student but also the emotion and health they all are loving and kind I personally think that this school is a great school for kids that just moved because of how they don't judge because of differences but celebrates them it makes learn fun and interesting
