My wife and I really enjoyed this zoo; especially the personal giraffe feeding which was only $5/person and you get to hand feed the giraffes lettuce. The zoo itself isn't overly large and easy to walk yet had a nice selection of animals to enjoy. The female tiger had 3 very active and entertaining cubs. The male Tiger was sleeping above us on a catwalk and actually drooled on us when he woke up. The staff are very nice and helpful. The animals look happy and healthy. The enclosures allow you get up and close with some of the animals. Definitely will be going back the next time we come to Minot.
Such a cute little zoo. Very unique animals. My kiddos sure had a great time. I wish they had more wagons but seems they only had a few. Definitely would recommend this place. The prices weren’t bad at all.Wait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot sure
Nice little zoo, pretty clean and being updated with additional things soon. Several of the animals were not out as its still to cold here. The ones that were out looked healthy and relatively happy. Not crowded at all...small gift shop, overall a pretty fun day outside. :Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$6–10
Lots of kids programs. Prices for activities and admission reasonable. Go when it's not too hot. Not a lot of shade in some parts of the zoo. Check feeding times for better view of the animalsVisited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Nice little zoo for people to enjoy for a couple of hours. Good for smaller kids and families.
This is a great little zoo that takes pride in the animals they have! I love walking around knowing about each animal and what they like. Great layout with a good amount of animals. Also has a great kids farm section that's interactive. Definitely get the membership cause it is worth going multiple times!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNoPrice for adult entry$6–10
A really cool zoo. They've been improving it for the last few years for the animals benefit and you can really tell that the animals are less stressed and happier than many other small time zoos. Very kid/stroller friendly. It's not huge so don't expect to spend the whole day here, seeing everything with kids is probably about a 2h trip entry to exit
Very well maintained zoo with lots of animals and very clean facilities.Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Very cute zoo, the kids loved seeing everything up close!
It is small with a decent amount of animals some I hadn’t seen in other zoos across the US. I liked that for the most part the animals were close enough to truly sit and watch them. And they were all out. Disappointed to see that the Alpaca and Llama had no grass to eat on. It was clean but hardly saw staff out and about. My biggest issue had to been the workers at the concession area they were not friendly, seemed bothered by anyone approaching the window. Other then that it was a nice little outing for my family.
