Restaurant was clean, server Hayden was exceptional! Food was better than our last few visits. Manager on site was different than before. She came to our table, was friendly and interested. Lots of new servers. Whoever was cooking today did a great job!! Salad was very good. Mushrooms, chicken fingers/sweet Thai, chicken fingers/medium all cooked perfectly!

The food was good but my server Adrianna was the absolute worst. She was very rude and mean to my son. We had to wait forever for her to come and refill our drinks even though the restaurant didn't have many tables. She also went on and on about the people she works with and how she doesn't like them. I don't know if she was trying to flirt but she made the lot of us uncomfortable. Then she mentioned a video about roaches in the kitchen. At that point we asked for our checks and left. Would not recommend if this is the type of people they hire.

Our waitress, Daphne, was excellent. My daughter's had a great time talking with her. They want to go again just to see her again. Also, the service was excellent, and she deserves a raise.Food: 5/5

8/11: Lunch for nine was easily arranged and well managed by Torrie, an excellent server. A colleague whose name I failed to ask help expedite serving the meals to our group. It was a pleasure to re-acquaint myself with a former student, Kyle, who serves in the kitchen. Thank you for a superb dining experience!!!Food: 5/5

This place was filthy and took forever to get our order. I try and find the good things about a place when I visit, unfortunately I’m at a loss here. I almost slipped on something on the floor. I brought it to a wait staff member and she kinda laughed and said “ yeah we’re between shifts right now”. I had to warn multiple elderly people about it when they walked by. Dirty, slow and no sense of urgency would describe this establishment. Hope management can lead the staff to massive improvements. Good Luck

So the wife and I stopped in to make a to-go order. Location only a few people at the bar and a few other customers at tables. Took us 10 minutes to get the lady at the register to give us menus. Once we placed our order after arguing with her and how we wanted the order packed to go. We waited another 25 to 30 minutes for an order we spent $80 on. The staff are not very friendly and their attitude explains why Chick-fil-A next door is kicking their butts. The food was okay however the service and wait time made it where we will never return to this place. Kid-friendliness: I would never bring anybody under the age of 18 here

I love this Roosters! Staff are friendly, service is prompt and the atmosphere is friendly and upbeat. They have a lovely side patio with tables and umbrellas and it is so nice to sit out in good weather and have a Roosters Nest and a drink!Food: 5/5

I got the grilled chicken tenders with Nashville Hot dry rub and they were fantastic. Top Shelf Long Island was superb. The fried mushrooms had crunchier breading than most. Service was much better than my local Rooster’s.Recommended dishesWings

We love Roosters. We typically go to the Beavercreek or Hilliard location, but if we are running short on time, we go to Springfield because this location is hit or miss. We went there for lunch yesterday and it took an hour to get our food. When we got our food, it wasn't hot, and the order was wrong. We had to ask for plates, silverware, and napkins. There was a stint of fifteen minutes where our drinks were empty, and our waitress was nowhere to be found. The place wasn't even busy. The same thing happened the last time we visited as well. The Beavercreek and Hilliard locations are way better. Whoever manages those locations needs to take this one over. Dietary restrictions: For those eating low carb, they can make the wings without the breading and their grilled chicken salad is great. Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals that are reasonably priced.

Food was not as good as before, about a month ago was good. This time was bad, even the potatoe wedges were not the same.not wedges had tator tots,and french fries in them, wedges were so small. About the size of a pinkie. Italian sub, was not good. Must have a new cook. Ask waiter, she said yes. Want go back there again. 2 of us went.
