CST is gentle therapy for all ages. It is a therapy meant to reduce restrictions in the central nervous system include connective tissue in the body. Reasons to consider treatment include but are not limited to; neck or back pain, limited range of motion, TMJ issues, headaches, SI (sacral-illiac) pain, any chronic pain that has not been resolved by other treatments. Other reasons for treatment include discomforts of pregnancy including malposition of baby and in infants, colic, torticollis, chronic ear infections, clogged tear ducts, plagiocephaly (flat head syndrome).
After treatments it is most common to feel relaxed and calm with improved mobility.
