"professional hairstylist" by the name of Priscilla works at this establishment. She was recommended to me by a friend of mine, worst decision of my life was driving an hour to her house and letting her touch my hair. I understood what I was walking into, that it was not going to be a salon environment with proper hair washing stations, quality tools and brushes, this was at her house, I was polite and respectful of her and her family. Once she was done with my hair, it was orange up top, but she told me to leave it and give it a few days for the color to settle. Day by day, it started turning orange and yellow on top of my head, I messaged her with my concerns, she weirdly and conveniently then texts me back saying her house was robbed and THEN tells me that the toning session would be $60, I told her no she has to fix her errors for free because these ingredient and mixing errors done by her, she then switches it to "ok I'll fix it for free", I told her no I will not let you touch my hair ever again after this entire debacle, and she tried to play me for a fool and a clown trying to get me to feel bad for her so that I pay for the fix-up, I paid her full amount of the job plus tips, I no longer wanted any fixing done because I don't trust her with my hair, I requested a full refund, to which is replied she will send me a partial refund because, according to her " I have text messages with proof with how happy you were of your hair. You even let me take pictures. And yourself sent a video with how happy you were with your new hair. Also after a few message and 5 days later. I eventually offered to tone for free and you refused and would rather have money full refund. Which is not something i do. Or am willing to do. IIm very sorry after all we couldnt resolve. I do umderstand your frustrations. And i do hope you find someone to take care of you the way you like. Good luck on your journey finding the right hairstylist. I am refunding you 60 to pay back the product by 2 i dont want it back. You can do what you want with it. I wish no other contract from you. Thankyou", when I replied with "no I want my full refund" my message wasn't sent which means she blocked me. I have yet to receive this partial refund she speaks of. Don't let her touch your hair. Look at my hair and tell me I'm wrong in requesting a full refund, streaky orange strands of hair.
