I lived there for 8 years, you get used to the noise of the traffic if you are on the front side. Pay your rent on time, no pets allowed, except small birds.no large parrots, fish tank no larger than 40 gal. it's a pretty nice place to live. Management won't bother you if you obey the rules and don't abuse the facility. There is a laundry and you must stay with your cloths during all cycles. I't's not so hard. I moved because I bought a home. Inspections are about every 6 months. They check the heater and air conditioner for functionality, and they do repairs. I moved out in 94.
