Description

We teach Judo with aspects of Jiu-jitsu. The style has all the throws but also focuses heavily on ground fighting. Throwing, joint locks and manipulations, leg and ankle locks and various chokes make up this system of sport and self defense. This is the perfect continuation for anyone that has done wrestling in school and would like to continue training in the grappling arts.

Instructors:

Andrew Charron - a 3rd Dan Kodokan Judo Black belt, a 3rd Dan Nihon Jujutsu Black Belt, a Goju Ryu Karate Brown Belt, and a BJJ Blue Belt.

Gary Rose - a Kodokan Judo Black belt, a Nihon Jujutsu Black Belt, a Goju Ryu Karate Purple Belt, and a BJJ Blue Belt.
