Rose City Pepperheads has been making pepper jellies since 1998. We carry over 20 varieties of pepper jellies from mild to wild. Our jellies are wonderful in marinades, recipes and for snacking.
Rose City Pepperheads is a Portland based company that just celebrated 15 years. We specialize in Artisan small batch, hand poured pepper jellies. We use the best local ingredients available. Vine ripe red raspberries, marionberries and hood strawberries from local farmers are fan favorites. Local farmers supply us with red and green jalapeno peppers, Hot Bhut Jolokia peppers as well as seasonal rhubarb, pumpkin and local bing cherries. We create sassy sauces that can be used for grilling, dipping or cooking. Look for our seasonal recipes sure to please ever level of culinary skills.
