I normally don't do reviews but I feel this will be the only way to see results. My mother passed away last November and already had her plot and headstone at Rose Hill. It was a financial struggle to bring her home at the time since it was sudden and there was no life insurance. I chose to not engrave her death date at the time. In June 2022, I finally made it into the office and paid the $200 to have her death date engraved. In September, I visited for my father's anniversary and noticed it still had not been engraved. I let the office know on October 11th that I would rather have my money returned and that I would be looking elsewhere for a new headstone. They initially said no. They would not refund me. Then when I continued to raise a stink, they said yes. It is now November 17 and I am still waiting. This is unacceptable.

Love coming out here to visit with my grandma and the rest of the family. Staff is always nice and friendly.

Thank you to the grounds keepers that cut an over grown tree near my grandfather's grave.  They did an amazing job and even sent me pictures afterwards to let me know it was done and also to see if it was to my liking.  Awesome customer service.  Very professional, polite and kind.  Thank you Buddy Ewing for making it happen.  It was greatly appreciated and I will be forever thankful.  I know to some....it's just a tree  but it means the world to me and my family.

Went to place flowers and Easter decorations on my parents grave this past week.  I go visit today and everything is gone. Can't believe that maintenance crew say that they have been cleaning but yet all other graves around there still have their items. Some still have Christmas items three months later mind you. Don't know how they habe been cleaning. This is not the first time this happens. Called the front office and they are full of all kinds of excuses. I am the rightful owner of these plots because I paid for them. So they should have respect for something that doesn't belong to them.

My mother and I arrived early to my Great Uncle Ebbie's funeral, which was a couple weeks ago, as we were driving from out of town. We got there before the hearse, which, I am now glad my great Aunt wasnt there to see how they took my Uncle's casket out.  He was a World War II veteran. A hero. I saw the flag covered coffin as they opened the door. Two older men were in the hearse and waited for two younger men on a golf cart maintanence men to come help take the coffin out and place it on the stand under the tent. They just jostled the coffin all around like it was nothing. No respect. I sat there with my Mom and are eyes were just wide open like, "are you serious?" Then as they put it on, the younger guys left as the older man was just pushing it around on the lowering device.  My oldest son, who is 4, I had to take to the bathroom so I had to miss the beginnings of the funeralwhich my mother told me was actually very touching with the flag folding, the gun salute and TAPS. I rushed him to the bathroom and an older lady employee there with large glasses and shoulder length black hair was opening the door and she wouldn't move and I had to move her out of the way before my son used the bathroom on the floor.  After we get back to the servicemy son and I, I got to hear the lovely speech from their preacher from their church, and hug all my family members and say goodbye. The service had only just ended, and the director asked everyone to please start leaving. They had already brought in a tractor to start the burial process and we hadn't even really finished the natural process.  I was highly dissatisfied with how these people ran my Uncle's service. How disrespectful to my family to be treated like this, especially that of a war hero.  I am glad everyone else had a wonderful experience. I feel robbed of mine.

Went 2 take flowers to my Dad n Mom! It seems like a good cemetery! They've been keeping the grass mowed.

Maintenance    needs to take the job seriously and do it respectful   I have seen many times that  it's just another  job  meaning  9 to 5  they  run over flowers  vases  headstones  really they need to be more  supervise  you would  think they would  care for the area and each plot as if it was there own family   they as employees  should want good  compliment not complains  of how there  job is done common sense  there's eyes every where   people now adays have no respect  especially  in  a cemetery  where  it is  a place of peace and integrity  I can just  imagine  how they    handle my family  plots  if it's so much hassle  to them they should  give  the job to someone else who will appreciate  9.to 5 job

The attendants at Rose Hill Memorial Park were always able and willing to answer me questions in a timely manner.  I hope I don't have any friends or family that need to plan a service in the near future, but if I do I would recommend Rose Hill Memorial Park to them.

Beautiful place beautiful Cemetery one of my grandma's is buried here as well as Few relatives.  I miss you Grandma and I miss you Uncle rey and uncle Juan and uncle palacio
