Rose Hill is now in her 106th year. Thinking a bit of Botox is needed in a few places still, but she has been thoroughly refurbished, refreshed, and redesigned in 1900's retro - that means modern plumbing, electricity, air conditioning etc. The 32 acre park that fronts the house ( and I don't have to mow) is a great place to promenade, picnic, or just view from the front porch swing.
