The worse experience ever at a nail place!!! Know one spoke English and couldn’t understand my wife or I. The lady did okay on my feet. The hands were a different story. Right away she cut two of my finger nails. My wife saw that and complained right away. After they just massaged and said done. They never even cut my nails. First time I went to a manicure in over 10 years and probably my last. I remember back in the early 2000’s people did a great job. Not anymore! At least my wife’s nails look beautiful. Unprofessional, over charge with cheap service. Ask you to pay before providing you the service. Aggressive polishing with no consideration or professionalism. Full mouth of Vietnamese chatting the whole time which makes customers feel extremely uncomfortable. Saw so many other customers had the similar experience from previous reviews. Avoid at all cost.

Cuts on my cuticles from their manicure service. After 3 days, my cuticles are still swollen and painful to touch. I'd never go back. Not to mention the worst manicure I'd ever gotten.

I've been going to Rose Hill Nail salon for a couple of years and have gotten acrylics, shellac manicures, pedicures, and waxing done. The prices are reasonable and the leg massage is one of the longest I've had. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for basic mani/pedi/fill or flower designs.

Ok the craziest bizaar nail salon I've ever been to! Why I went back 3 times I don't know! How filthy it was should of been "it" for me! Employees talk amongst themselves entire time! Ignore you completely! A pretty good pedicure but nails were a shame! Totally rough on cuticles and dirty fingernails with no gloves pushing back my cuticles! Constant talk with employee and leaves me sitting there for 15-20min with a fan! Literally had to stand up and ask IF I WAS DONE while they continued talking more like yelling and drama amongst themselves! A total dissapointing experience but a learning experience as well! To never ever go back! I'm mad at myself cuz #1 priority should be cleanliness especially during this pandemic! Maybe I'm too nice! I've done retail my entire life, I know how hard it is! So many other salons...this isn't it!

I don't ever leave reviews but I have to with this one. I got my nails done two days ago and they are already starting to lift and my thumb nail has boken off. When I first sat down and she started doing my nails she cut the tips VERY uneven, when I said something I was told that it hadn't been shaped yet but even the one she shaped was crooked. She changed the tips for me but literally ripped the previous ones off my nails taking off some of my nail in the process. It was painful in general getting my nails done because she kept hitting the file against my cuticles.. just bad. They tried their best to make it work but in the end I won't be going back.Services: Acrylic nails

I have been thinking should I post, should I not? But I decided I need to warn you. If anything, at least I will remember why I don’t want to come back. My experience was stressful. Foremost: The manicure and pedicure were very painful. My cuticles and nails were really cut into even after I spoke up and asked for a gentler approach. I needed to keep pointing out to the nail technician how to cut/manicure my nails. Afterwards I had inflamed cuticles for a week. And before that week was up, the SNS manicure already started to chip and break. A good dip-nail manicure will last around 2 weeks for someone who washes their hands often for work. The nail salon space aesthetics: a torn paper towel was used instead of a towel when I was getting my manicure done. It made the salon feel dingier. The two stars are because the nail technician was friendly and eventually tried to make the best of a bad experience with a good foot massage.
