This imagining center is truly an all Star Shining Diamond facility. Everyone from the front welcome desk, to the billing department, the technicians, janitorial staff and all the way up the chain. This place goes above and beyond like no other !! Cecilia made everything so manageable and easygoing. Thank you for helping with my son getting an MRI

Try to go to another place unless you want to spend your day here waiting for your turn. I called twice to make an appointment and response was XRays are walk-in only. However, once you are here, appointments are ahead of you

Stay away if you are looking for professional care. Worst experience I've had! I had made an appointment for imaging and after getting there early morning, filling out numerous documents I was informed that they could only do half of imaging as scheduler had not scheduled me for both procedures! This procedure needed to be done together therefore I was informed I needed to make appointment at later date! I wasted two hours at this place for absolutely NOTHING! I will Not recommend this facility to anyone and i will definitely never return. Bad service. Only one staff member was apologetic and pleasant. A shout out to her, I didn't get her name but her pleasant manner helped my disappointment and frustration.

Had a very good experience here. My appointment was scheduled for 11:30, and didn't start till 12. That's essentially my only complaint, there was very smooth service, a very relaxing atmosphere, and the procedure was expedited by a fantastic nurse. My real rating would be 4 stars, but I'm giving it 5 since there's no way it should only have a 2.5 star rating!

This is my first time to this imaging center. It is a beautiful facility. Employees are very professional and very organized. I am truly impressed with their efficiency. It felt like I was in a spa.

Alway'sgo the best. Rose Plaza Imaging C... Is the right place to do your daily stuff. Remember it's Covid-19 safety proof and nice. Tell them Bravo sent you.

Front desk scheduled test after receiving doctors order. When I got there they said the order was not sufficiently completed by the doctor and they couldn’t do the test

Overall experience was negative. Staff doesn’t communicate clearly and didn’t make me feel comfortable. Won’t use this facility again.
