Rose Perfect Nails & Spa

Rose is incredible!!! My nails were in bad shape when I moved to the island last year and after going to her for several months, now look at them. This is a photo of an ombré nail she did on me that looks so natural and beautiful. Not to mention she is so personable and reliable. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place! I had been going to a different nail salon for the longest time. I took a break from the nails and when I finally went back, they butchered my nails so badly and still charged me a lot of money. I went to Rose Perfect Nails & Spa for the first time, looking for help with the atrocious nails I had received and the owner, Rose, fixed them! They are absoluely stunning now! I just had the worst manicure/pedicure of my life at this place. To begin, I asked for the callus removal which was some sort of callus solution and a brush. My feet look exactly like they did when we walked into the place. You’d think they would have told me this when I specifically asked before the pedicure. No massage, no lotion, literally just cutting my toe nails and painting them for $40. Next comes the manicure. I asked for a dip manicure and it looks like complete trash. I complained during and after and she didn’t offer any sort of solution. Not only does it look like trash but there was no lotion, no massage, nada. I am so freaking disappointed in this place. If you want a good ANYTHING go somewhere else friends!

Could not be more disappointed. My teen daughter was so excited to get her nails done with her own work money. She made an appointment for 4:30. She spent $91 and asked for white toe nails and received French. Her color and shape on the nails is incorrect and one is falling off, as well as cracking a nail while using a nails to pry them off. Mistakes happen and that’s ok. But when she asked for them to be repaired and fixed and was told no they were closing soon. This was over an hour ago and they are still open and it was too bad that she didn’t like them. They lost a customer who came several times as well as all other family and anyone else we can tell to stay away. I hate bashing local companies but they deserve bad press for their treatment. I’ll be paying for them to get fixed at a reputable salon and never spend there again.Services: Manicure

My wife and I got pedicures here and it was a very pleasant experience. It was my first time doing something like that, I may do it again.
