Rooms are definitely dated but they are very spacious and comfy. I stayed in a corner queen suite. I loved having all the windows letting light into the room. The kitchen was small but served it's purpose. Bed was very comfy. Then location worked well for me, it was close to the arena where I had an event. There are lots of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The water Taxi and train are nearby as well to get around the city. Price was very good for Vancouver.

Definitely plan to come here again. I stayed here under my VI membership and was very happy with the room view and cleanliness. The staff was very helpful. Location is perfect. So close and easy to walk everywhere. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Didn't use hot tub or pool but it looked nice. Only problem was the broken elevators which made for longer waits to go up or down.

We had an early appointment in Vancouver and had to drop the car off for repair. We took a taxi to the hotel hoping to be able to leave our luggage there until check in time. When we explained what we wanted and told them we were up at 3:30 am to catch the ferry over the person at the counter looked up our reservation and told us there was a room on the 13th floor that was ready and we were welcome too go on up and catch up on our sleep. This was at 9:30 in the morning and check in was at 3. You can imagine how that made our day, instead of wandering around the city until 3 we were able to have a sleep and get up in afternoon and enjoy our selves. Room was large, quiet and very clean. Staff was amazing. Would stay there again and highly recommend. Thanks very much

Rooms are very dated but still a comfortable experience. It seems the size and layout of each room varies drastically. Some of the interior spaces if they  do not have windows can be quite dark and dreary. Window spaces are lovely. All of the outlets in the room were very loose and have been used well. Plugs fall immediately out. No outlets by the bed. Fitness equipment consists of a few outdated cardio machines and no weights. Property did have laundry easily available which was appreciated. Great location, friendly staff. Comfortable but in need of renovation.

Very disappointed with the service and experience at this hotel for exchange guests. They don't even provide toiletries! We own 8 weeks per year and have exchanged all over the world and never seen such an experience. Front desk staff is not courteous or even welcoming and they charge additional taxes over $100 on a fully prepaid booking. Completely do not recommend!!

We stayed here a week ago after a long drive from Seattle. The border wait was long and we just wanted a relaxing time for ourselves. We planned out checkout unknowingly that our bathroom shower did not have a shower head on it. We did not have time to wait on someone to fix the problem and had to leave without taking showers. The manager only gave us a discount on parking, which was not  even close to what he should have done. How does a hotel notel comp a place after something like that. I would not stay here every again.

Service was exceptional and very friendly. The location is perfect if you're in the city for a show,  less then a 5 minuet walk to BC Place stadium and great food options nearby. The room was big and very clean, and even had a beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again.Rooms: 5/5

The staff is really nice and helpful. My sister and I booked a room last minute when we went to see the Backstreet Boys. It was walking distance to the venue and other amenities. So expensive but what can you expect nowadays in downtown Van. Rooms were well equipped, though the appliances and furniture is quite old. The AC was a bit loud but very effective during the hot days we were visiting.

Excellent location and the lobby and rooms were fairly updated and clean. Carpet in the room was worn, but the price was right for a hotel directly downtown. Bed was cozy. Would completely stay here again.Rooms: 5/5

We need unscented rooms and linen. They accommodated and had everything ready. Lovely breakfast. Need plain green tea though. Rooms large and very good. Location brilliant.Rooms: 3/5
